1. Conditions for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:
-Be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
-Retain the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and manuals.
-Provide the order number or proof of purchase.
-Show no damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or modifications.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
2. Products Not Eligible for Return
Unless the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, returns are not accepted for:
-Made-to-order or customized products.
-Automotive parts that have been installed or used.
-Products damaged by incorrect installation, misuse, or negligence.
-Products on sale, clearance, or final sale.
-Products returned with missing parts or damaged packaging.
3. Ordering an Incorrect Part
Before making your purchase, carefully verify your vehicle's year, make, model, engine, and OEM part number.
If the customer orders an incorrect part, they will be responsible for:
-Return shipping costs.
-Original shipping costs (when applicable).
-Returning the product unused and uninstalled.
The refund will be processed once the product is received and inspected.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
-A damaged product.
-A product with a manufacturing defect.
-An item different from what was ordered.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
Please send:
-Order number.
-Description of the problem.
-Photographs of the product.
-Photographs of the packaging and shipping label.
After verifying the information, we can:
-Send a replacement product.
-Send the correct product.
-Issue a full refund.
In some cases, it will not be necessary to return the product.
5. Return Procedure
Before returning any item, you must contact our customer service to obtain proper authorization.
Please provide the following information:
-Order number.
-Product name.
-Reason for return.
-Photographs (if applicable).
Returns sent without prior authorization may be rejected.
6. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (incorrect, defective, or transit-damaged product), we will cover the return costs.
If the return is due to a customer error or a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a courier service with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for packages lost during return transit.
7. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
Unless the error is our responsibility, shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled free of charge before they are shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible, and you must follow the return procedure after receiving the product.
9. Warranty
Some products come with a limited manufacturer's warranty. Coverage varies by product.
The warranty does not cover:
-Normal wear and tear.
-Incorrect installation.
-Use in competition or off-road (unless expressly stated).
-Accidental damage.
-Unauthorized modifications.
